How do I make a good video consisting several different "parts"?

i want to make a good video consisting several different "parts" (files), edit it into an uninterrupted overall, then post it on youtube and then embed it to Instructables?

Yeah that's simple. Just use Windows Movie Maker (assuming you're using a PC). Just search it up if you don't know where to find it. When you're there you should be able to find an option under insert (at least I think that's the tab you'd use) or something like that and then it would say video clip. Choose each one of the files and you can put them all together in any way you want. You can add transitions between the two if you want or just make a hard, quick cut to the next.

thanks, do you also know how to make the file smaller, it's too big to upload?
Sorry I don't know that exactly. The best you can do is split the files equally and then upload them in two or how many parts you need to youtube. Then make them all video responses of each other so people know they're connected.

ps: best answer is yours

I agree with the previous two that you could use WMM for this - do you have it?
Is this all you wanted, or were you asking about subjects / direction / creative processes also?

I don't know about posting to YouTube, but Windows has a pretty good, built in video editor called Windows Movie Maker.  I used it with some success, many years ago, for our Matric Project.

Hope this helps.
