How do I make a website hosting site?

I want to create a website hosting site, and be able to put ads on my user's pages to earn revenue through Google's adsence. I know HTML, and PHP. Can someone tell me where to start, and how to program the site, with maybe a few examples of code i haven't thought of. I would love this site to have a login-sign up system, and maybe ftp upload as well.

It's going to be hard to get anyone to sign up with you though.  There are web hosters now that will host a 100 sites on one account, unlimited usage, no adds,  99.9% up time for less than $75 a year.

Yea but mine is like, 100% up time, unlinited bandwidth, unlimited upload, OVER 100 sites, with ad's but 0$
