How do I make something respond to pressure/movment with 2 discrete sounds and vibrate too?

I'm looking to construct an internal module for a toy that would make the toy interactive for my little brother. I'd like the toy to respond with two sounds, one for a different level of touch pressure or movement he subjects the toy to. I'd like the sounds to be recordable so I can customise them. I'd also like the toy to vibrate whenever it responds. I've mucked around with RC cars and what not, but this exceeds my previous experience. Nothing like being ambitious, eh? Also, any tips on where I can find the parts I'd need (preferably in Australia, but if not, then cheap international options are fine) would be much appreciated :)
