You upload your video to YouTube. Then you choose the "embed video" option and ask YouTube for the "old style embed code". On the Instructables side, you choose the "embed video" link in the I'bles editor, and paste in those embed codes.

+1 They sort of hid the embed codes;
While viewing a video on youtube, hit the 'share' button
--then the 'embed' button.

Yeah, but that's the "new style" embedding, which the I'bles backend server will reject because it doesn't recognize it. The user has to select the "use old embed code" to get some XML object stuff instead.
