Found the media and the converter, but it is shaded, so i can't use it.

To add realplayer videos to iTunes, it is better to convert realplayer video to iTunes more supported MP4 or MOV

iDealshare VideoGo is just the best iTunes converter. iDealshare VideoGo
can not only convert WMV to iTunes but also convert RealPlayer video, MKV, AVI, DivX,
Xvid, WTV, FLV, WebM, ASF, VOB, 3GP, MPEG, VOB, etc to iTunes format.

Step by step guide at

It even can convert WMA, RA, AU, FLAC, OGG, WAV, APE, Opus, DTS and etc to iTunes audio format.

rag the music or video library and drop to iTunes will work if your files are in iTunes supported formats like MP4, MP3, WAV, and M4A. However, if the formats of your files are in RM, RMVB, RA, iVR, RAM, IV4, AVI, FLV, 3GP, 3GP2, WMV, EVRC, QCELP, you will unable to transfer the RealPlayer music and video library to iTunes.

1-Go into RealPlayer and select a video
2-Look at the blue sidebar on the left side of the screen.  There should be a button that says "Copy to apple ipod" with a drop down arrow next to it.  Click it.
3-A pop up should come up with a picture of the video at the top, and next to the picture it should say "Converting to apple ipod".  At the bottom should be a status bar that fills up green as it loads.  When it's done, another pop up should come up that says "Adding to itunes".
4-When the conversion is done, itunes will come up displaying the video page.  Your selected RealPlayer video is now in your itunes library.
Hope this helped! :)

You're on your own with this lot (I don't have the necessaries, or the motivation myself)

Wrong format I guess. iTunes doesn't have a converter for Real files?
