How do i make an over the windshield light bar for an 88 jeep wrangler?

Any suggestions to make an over the windshield light bar for an 88 jeep wrangler? Construction of the bar, wiring of the lights and all related answers are welcome and appreciated.

If you dont use a top attach it to the cage, and wire it in to a switch in the dash to the fuse box.

If you dont want to you could make a attachment for the windshield a ushape chunck of pipe with angle welded to the end screwed to sides, and wire it in to a switch in the dash to the fuse box.

Or weld up a cage to go around the windshield and mount eather to the side next to the dore hinges or to the cowl in front of the windshield, and wire it in to a switch in the dash to the fuse box.

Or if you have a hard top attach your lights to a chunck of square tube with the ends caped with the wires coming out one end and run those down the window pillar under the seat and to the dash, and wire it in to a switch in the dash to the fuse box. (This could be put up on a spacer of some kind to make it fancier)

possibly pre-cut metal threaded pipe from the store with 2 90s, 2 short peices to go to the roof and 2 screw on mounts (forget what they're called, a female thread welded to a plate with 4 holes in it) mount some lights and run electrical through it, then mount it on your roof with some bolts, rubber washers and a bunch of 100% silicone. Run the wires through the roof then behind the plastic between your windshield and driver-side window. Then try and tie that into your fuse box under the steering wheel and mount some switches.
