How do you change what a link says?

On just about every thread, there is one post with a link that says "Here" or the name of what they're linking to, but I don't know how to do that (duh) Is it a pro only thing, or am I missing something?
Thanks.

WHen you answer the question highlight the word you want to be the link. then click the link button at the top of the answer edit block.  It's the round blue dot with the chain link at the bottom.  THen add the url.  THat's all.  Be sure to click post comment at the bottom.
