How should be a good beginner BreadBoard?

I want to buy a breadboard, but I dont know how many rows it needs, how many holes, should it have power input and ground, does it needs to be very large? Also how much should I pay for it ?

The one in your picture is as good a place as any to start. You can also get them twice as long, but they are generally all that wide, although you may find some where there are two like this side by side.

In UK you can get one of these for about £3, but I don't know what that will be where you are.

The two outer pairs of columns are linked from end to end, and each row in the middle, separated by the centre trough, are linked from side to side.

If you look to your right you will see some guides to using breadboards, but if not here is one.
