Could you post a link to the project? I'm not sure what you are asking... if I understand your question correctly, then these speakers should work fine. (I'm not familiar with the project, but I'm guessing that you should just be able to use these speakers instead of whatever they are telling you, unless there is a weight issue.)

my concern is thatif the shirt comes with an amp or not.. and since the speakers has a built in amp also.
witch amp to use , will they work together ect :S

thx for the answer
OK, I was thinking this shirt was a DIY project. From what I was able to see, the amp is built right into the sound effects player, so unless you really know what you are doing with electronics... (in which case, I don't think you would be asking this question), then I doubt that it will be easy to separate the amp from the player. I would try seeing if the amp that comes with the shirt will drive the speakers you want to use. If it will, then you should be set. Otherwise, you will have to go from the shirt's amp to your speaker's amp, which is not good. Just going from an amp to an amp will at best cause clipping (You can see a explanation of clipping here) at worst, it will destroy the second amp.  You could add resistors or a pot before the input on your speaker's amp to turn down the input power going into the amp, but otherwise, I think you are stuck with the speaker that is included.

Just out of curiosity, why do you want to change the speaker?

Good luck!  :)

first of all thx for the quick response ^^

I just wanted to change the speaker to get better sound, ^^
No problem.

Do you have the shirt already, or are you just thinking of getting it? It's possible that if already have it, and it doesn't sound good, that the recordings aren't the greatest quality. The video I watched on their website made it seem like the speaker was adequate for what the shirt was made for, but it should sound better with better speakers no matter what.

Good luck, and feel free to ask me if you have any more questions. :)
