How to get In-ear headphones from slipping out.?

I have a pair of Skullcandy headphones. They used to stay in my ears when pulled on, and just when wearing them. Now they always fall out. When I'm sitting or standing up, All the time. When I Absolutely needed to use them I would wear some kind of stretchy, over the ears hat. But I don't like wearing the hats all the time. Is there a way I can fix this without getting some new tips?

A couple of solutions:
1. Put them in upside-down so the wire goes above and not below your tragus. Then, wrap the wires around the backside of you ear. This works for me when I go jogging and sweat makes it slip out.
2. Flip the parabolic earpiece outfacing. Then, wrap the flat part with a thin bit of tape and flip the earpiece back in and see if it fits better. (Adjust the number of layers of tape to best fit.)

I've developed a kit to make molded earphones from a kit. They don't hurt or fall out like standard earphones and they are also antibacterial so they prevent ear infections. You can get them here on my website.  Let me know what you think.

Sugru!
You need this stuff in your life anyways so know is the perfect excuse to buy some.
Apply sugru to earbud, wet ear with soapy water, insert earbud into ear, form, remove and leave for 24 hours.

Gaff tape would probably hold them in there... or duct tape (if you don't care about how painful it is to take off), or maybe even super glue! ;)

One other thought, try using a Q-tip with alcohol or Swim-ear to change
your skin friction to the ear-buds ? !

If you got them new, they came with different size rubber ends. I'd say you need the next larger size.

Yes I have the next size up, but they are too big. Maybe I should consider some custom order tips.
WAIT!!! Wrap some Teflon tape around the earbud and then put the rubber back on........ That will swell it up a bit
You could try getting some to fit from another pair/brand. Try a few different $.99 stores. They usually have a few different kinds.

I found paying more for them helped them stay in during down hill slalom skiing.

Thanks for the Constructive comment, Mr.Iceng.
I did buy these when they were somewhat new. at around 60$.
I like them. And the price bar for me is about 90$.
