How do you make a humming bird feeder? What do you need to build it and where do you get it? How do you keep ants from getting in it?

Unless you really want it to be a project you should just go down to the local garden center and buy a "store bought one". That way you can put it out now and just start watching for the hummers. Don't leave it out too long. A scarcity of food is one of their signals to go south and you can make them stay too long if you keep food out past moving day. Good luck.
