How to make a self dumping bucket?

Looking to make a self dumping water bucket toy in the back yard. Any idea's on how to do this?

I am not sure what you mean with a self dumping bucket but there are two systems I know of that fill with water and releases it all once the water reaches a certain level.

The bell valve is often used in hyroponics/aquaponics. Try this Schematic.
The water level rises until it reaches the top of the inner most tube at which point all the water is drained until it reaches the hole in the middle tube.

Alternatively you could mean something like the Japanese water feature. This is a tilted tube with the axis just above the centre of gravity of the empty tube and just below the centre of gravity of the filled tube. This means that it falls back when empty and forward when full.
