It's made the same way that instant coffee is-spray liquid into a vacuum to dehydrate it. You might be able to break up the egg white, then spread it on a flat surface and dehydrate it without heat (or at least below the cooking temp of egg) but you have to worry about food poisoning if you are cooking with it. Why not use fresh?
@pandyaketan: you can get this type of protein powder at Sprouts @jtobako: egg white powder can be used for gluten free baking per the Culinary Institutes gluten free flour blends. They make great cookies and I don't mind making them for my kids because they're high in protien!
albumin is a very broad. Are we talking about the egg white powder that goes into making eco-paint? Or the egg white powder that you use to make Meringue?
