How to print from a Windows Vista laptop to a printer attached to an Ubuntu machine?

I have two machines attached to a Belkin wireless router. One other laptop connects to the router wirelessly. I want to be able to send my printing jobs to my Ubuntu machine. I have Samba installed with Ubuntu. I need a good GUI tool for Samba administration. Does anyone know how to be able to print from my Windows Vista laptops?
