They claim these pills alter ATP levels??

Avoid them like the plague!

They alter your core temperature?

Avoid them like the plague!

They contain "bee pollen"?  They're making stuff up!

Avoid them like the plague!

It also doesn't tell you the dose of the caffeine, a known addictive substance with dangerous side-effects in large doses.

Avoid it like the plague!

Shedding weight isn't easy. Pills like these are sold on the promise of the opposite - it can be easy. But it isn't.
You can lose a lot of weight through dysentery and other illnesses, heroin-habit, laxative-abuse, etc but none of these methods are healthy.
Look at the tough but real answers given before this one.

More than likely, those pills contain no measurable amount of Hoodia (which in its raw form has no appetite-suppressing ability anyway). If the pills have any effect at all, it's because they're loaded with caffeine.

Just because the plant is an over-hyped endangered species doesn't mean it's actually good for you.

Instead, my advice is to drink unflavored unsweetened tea for between-meals appetite suppression. (Milk should be the only sweet drink you consume.)

As for your diet, eat more real food. Just stop buying packages with more than one ingredient on the label (besides added vitamins). I suggest loading up the freezer with big bags of store-brand broccoli florets (flower tips without much stem). Try to eat at least 1/3 pound of steamed broccoli a day.

As one writer so succinctly described what you should eat:
"Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants."

You need a good balance of exercise and a good diet.  Hoodia can help, but it won't work miracles and won't do anything if you don't help yourself.

That said, I'd throw the pills that you bought away.  There's no way for you to verify they're real or even safe to take.  There are so many scam artists out there selling fake pills online that you can't trust any of them.

I would expect that the main thing they're going to slim is your wallet.
