How would I compress a blue mechanical spring so that when tension was released,, the spring would jump up?

If you could give me a part desription and possible number it would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Compress the spring into a piece of pipe or tubing that is the right length. Hold the spring inside with a hinge that closes the end of the tube. Release the hinge and the spring will "jump up".

"Watch out kid or you'll put your eye out!"
