How would I make a Disclaimer?

By this I mean something that will hold up in court, is there anything in particular it should include?
I wanted to know in case I ever made a particularly dangerous 'ible.

Read the legal section of the site, it contains formal legal disclaimers.

7g:
By using Instructables or any Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, objectionable or unsafe. Each user must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.

That covers you fairly well

Disclaimer requirements may differ by jurisdiction, up to and including not being accepted at all, and in a civil case it's up to the jury whether you created an "attractive nuisance" or not.

Personal opinion: If it needs a disclaimer that will hold up in court, it probably doesn't belong on Instructables... because the risk to you far outweighs the ego-boo or possible prize winnings.
If you're really concerned about it holding up in court, you need a lawyer with experience in this sort of thing.  Disclaimers and other legal statements and agreements have to be worded carefully to avoid misinterpretation.

Anyway, essentially you have to say something like "Don't try this at home," and "The author of this instructable takes no responsibility for anyone who gets hurt trying to do this."
