I have COPD and need O2 at home. How to lift cylinders up using the outside wall.House is reinforced concrete

the delivery guy says he needs help to get my cylinders up my stairs, which is a very fair comment.I live in the Philippines where a block a
nd tackle are unknown!I guess an electric motor with a cable is the answer.I am not a technical sort so help me please, thank you
the picture shows the layout but where the cylinders go is to the right.I will remove 2 balustrades for cylinders.

reinforced concrete using number 12 rebar,,,,,,,,,,,,
The reason I ask, is I'd strap a jib to that pillar with U bolts and wooden pads like one of these:

and then one of these

Does that fit with what you're after ?

your suggestion is exactly the same as I thought of.I have been given a price for the materials of 16000 pesos, approximately 230GBP,more than 100 GBP in the UK plus labour!Thank you very much for your suggestion which I will use.
Are you shipping them from the UK then ? Done righ, you won't pay our 20% tax.

depends on how long it takes and how honest the import staff are in Manila Bay,,,,,,,
The jib could be made by any local metal shop though.
Good one Steve

And a local might cost less.

hello Steve, well the hoist is up and working. My carpenter has made a seat so no more stairs for me.I have pics of the build so if you want I will email them to you,

the total cost was 260 USD, 3/4 of that was in transport and Philippines taxes. The Chinese made hoist came complete and I am very impressed with the quality
Certainly by the time you converted the 50 bucks UK price to CIF Manilla Bay.
