I need a bread dough-rising box for temperature control, that I can make myself (I'm not a very handy person).
My house is too cool (temp.) for optimum bread dough rising. I can't heat the whole house just to get bread to rise properly! I'm envisioning a box big enough to hold my bowl with a couple inches' margin all around; foil-lined, with maybe a light bulb on a thermostat to keep the temp. at an even 70 degrees, sort of like farmers do with baby chicks. I don't know how to set that up, can anyone help?
