Get one of those recordable greeting cards for six or seven dollars and rip the module out. I think they can record about 90 seconds of sound.

Most Hallmark recordable cards have two chips in their modules; a 10-second recordable one and a 20+ seconds one that is prerecorded and can't be re-recorded. So unless it already has the sound or song you want, it wouldn't be of any use to you. Some stores carry a few recordable-only cards (nothing prerecorded) which have 10 seconds of recording time but they are hard to find. To save time, call the store first if you choose to go that route.

Your best bet is to buy a recordable greeting card or just the recordable module. You can buy both of them here: http://www.vocalgreetings.com/

Another greeting card module. Cheapest I could find. 10 seconds for 2.69 USD.
