I need to know how to power two or more servo motors with a arduino.
should I use a motor board and if so which one? or would the arduino be powerful enough to work two servo motors I am planing on using the vex tank tread kit http://www.vexrobotics.com/276-2168.html and the 2-Wire Motor 393 http://www.vexrobotics.com/276-2177.html.

You do not need a motor board. It is actually very easy to drive servos off arduino. Most servos work by receiving a pulse between 1500 and 2500 microseconds ( I think.. been a long time). Where 1500 is all the way to the left, and 2500 is all the way to the right. So if you want a servo to go to 90degrees, you just plug it into any digital pin and write: digitalWrite(pin, HIGH); delayMicroseconds(2000); digitalWrite(pin, HIGH); Replace 'pin' with whatever pin you have a servo connected to. Depending on how long you set the delay, the servo will turn to that position. You might want to look at the datasheet of your servo to see how long a pulse it needs. Hope it was helpful :)
You'll need a motor shield, or your own drivers for the motor.
