I want "search.conduit.com" to be google, help?

When I type something in the URL space (when it is not a website), firefox searches for it with
"search.conduit.com"
How do I change this to Google?

in the url bar type about:config <press enter> agree to be careful then search for keyword.URL right click it and click reset it should change to http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=navclient&gfns=1&q= then restart firefox

Oh also you can open firefox in safe mode and select to restore the default search engines permanently.

On the search bar click the colorful tile at the bottom of the list is "manage search engine".  Click on that.  The top engine is the first one used.

Google.com > 'Download Google toolbar > Then search it in the toolbar.
