. I'd try something like phpBB. There are many other packages available - Google is your friend.

Thank you for your help. I have downloaded the zip file of phpBB. It does not have auto installation. I don't know how to install and go to the next step. Is it possible for you to take me step by step thro' the process.
I appreciate any help I can get.

.  If you are using a hosting service, there should be some kind of installer already on the system. Look in your "Control Panel" or other page that has your account info, file manager, &c.
.  If you are installing it on your home computer, I can't be much help. :(

.  BTW, when you marked my reply as Best Answer, it locked that thread and I had to reply like this.

Who is hosting the site, and what do they support in terms of functionality?

Dundas: Dundas Mailer, Dundas Upload
Server Objects: Aspcrypt, Aspexec, Asplnet, AspPing, AspTear, AspTouch TouchIt, ASPSimpleUpload, Image Size, GUIDMaker, Last Modified, Waitfor, Content Linking Component, Browser Capability, Content Rotator, Ad Rotator, Logging Utility Component, MS Office Web Components
XMLDOM Component, XMLHTTP Component, FileSystem Object, ADOX Catalog, Scripting.Dictionary, Script Encoder, ADODB.Connection
ADODB.Command, ADODB.Recordset, ADO,ADO.NET, XML6.0, VB.NE, C#, SOAP, WSDL, WML, WAP, WSE

All this is over the top for me.
But thank you for your effort.
I can wait, whenever you get time, see if you can help suggest how to go about it.
