I want to change my LCD clock display to 7 segment. Can you sketch the Transistor "driver" for that ?.

I presume you mean 7-segment LED rather than 7-segment LCD. I think the answer is going to depend on exactly what the circuit currently looks like.

Easier to just get a cheap LED clock...
