I want to set a magnet inside a plastic bottle top. Does anyone know of a resin I could use to do this?

I have experimented with PVA glue, but the results are not quite what I was aiming for... It doesn't have to be clear, but I would like it to set quite quickly.

I don't often recommend 5 minute epoxy, but it should work fine for this. If both surfaces are absolutely flat, Superglue, aka cyano-acrylate might work. It depends on what your intended use is too, any vibration, torqueing, etc?

Hobby hot-glue gun should be what you are looking for. Just get a nice big gob of it inside the bottle and stick the magnet in.
