Example what should temperatures should we be at be at on lighting and what about lighting, paper, printing/coping etc.

If it's an office enviroment, suggest flipping tossed out printed paper onto the clean backsides and binding them into notepads. Every atypical office I've ever seen spents alot on those scribler pads, or makes their employees buy them themselves instead for 'personal use'.
