I would like to know how to decorate a strawberry shortcake pan cake.

The top is white (cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk & whipped cream). How do I cut the strawberries to look decorative? Thank you

This is probably in the last post.  I used this one in a restaurant or two.  Cut the berry from the pointed end NOT QUITE through to the top several times, to make attached slices about 1/4 inch thin, then fan them out and place on the cake.  It is the easiest and prettiest way I know.
