If I have 3 DC 4V 1.1A Stepper motors and a TB6560 Driver, how much power do I need?

If I have 3 DC 4V 1.1A Stepper motors and a TB6560 Driver, how much power do I need? The driver motor say it need 12v for the fan. I dont want to fry out the only free motors I got.
