Is Cnet.com safe to download from? Where should I download Pivot Stickfigure animator?

I am wanting to download Pivot Stickfigure Animator, Cnet.com has it but I don't know if Cnet.com is safe to download from. Please Help!

I just downloaded it from this link on CNET. I personally scanned it with McAfee then installed, and had no problems, no viruses. (Great software!)

Generally, when downloading things from CNET, they should be fairly safe, but when it gives the option to install a Yahoo toolbar, decline.

I download from them alot and do not know of a problem with any of the files I've gotten there.
