Is there any way to reset or an inside fuse to change on a TomTom navigation device? GPS 300?

The device was connected in reverse polarity. Pilot light is on but all else is dead.

If the green light comes on then the fuses are probably ok.
The charge controller and/or dc-dc converter has probably failed.
It could be a chip about 5mm x 5mm with about 24 pins UNDERNEATH it (must be soldered with hot-air)
Or it could be 3 chips about 2mm x 2mm with 8 pins each.
Ask someone who repairs these.....

Assuming that it was only the fuses that were damaged it is completely fixable.

Dissemble it, connect the power, using a voltmeter check from the power input, keep following the tracks till you receive 0V on the voltmeter. It will be this component that will need replacing

The fuses these things use are soldered to the internal circuit boards. Have you taken it to pieces yet ?
