Italics?

I recently published an instructable and some of the words got italicized, how do i fix that?

IF you can edit the posts, remove the two single-quatation marks from around the italicized text. The internal editor recognizes quote/quote(words)quote-quote to be italicize this text

tripe quotes results in bold

Unfortunately, as a replier, I can't go back and edit..at least I'm not sure how to, so replies can't, to the best of my knowledge, be fixed in the same manner...All you can do in that case is copy the text to notepad or similar, delete the reply, then re-reply and paste the text back in, making whatever edits are required prior to posting it.
