This is a bike hoist from Harbor Freight.

This is a hundred pound pulley hoist that could be made.

But what I'd try to do is this:
Stand the bike upright, use a rope on the head tube, and attach it to a hook that goes up to a pulley and down to this www.amazon.com/2000-Cable-Winch-Trailers-Marine/dp/B002NBNCBI mounted on a wall.
