Modeling assistance required?
Does anybody have any suggestions on either making or, as a last resort, buying a scale model of this?

It's a narrow-gauge Garrat built by Beyer-Peacock. Using those words I found these:

If you google "model train forum" you get 5,240,00 hits in 0.09 seconds. You should be able to find what you're looking for in the first few pages. Any of the first page looked good to me.
