NEED help removing Windows 7 from hard drive partition

I currently have Windows 7 and Xubuntu 12.04 on my desktop. (The hard drive is partitioned using the built in partitioner from Linux when I installed Xubuntu) How can I remove Windows 7 and re-allocate its alloted space to Xubuntu?
The computer is a Dell Optiplex GX280, and it was not built to handle Windows 7, but it runs Linux like a champ! So, I would like to remove Windows and give all hard drive space to Xubuntu.

Use the installation disk that you used to install Ubuntu. You can delete the Win7 partition with the disk and add the space to your Xubuntu OS.

Okay, I think that may be the simplest way. Will I need to go ahead and re-install Xubuntu?
Its been a couple of years since I have installed any version of Xubuntu but I don't think the installation procedure has changed much, if any. You should be able to repartition the HDD (or delete one) without doing a complete re-installation, though re-installation would be the simplest way if you don't mind going through the time needed to do so.
Go to the Xubuntu download site if you need detailed instructions on repartitioning.

Go to:
http://gparted.sourceforge.net/livecd.php/
Download the iso file and burn it to a cd .
GPARTED live cd is a bootable cd that will help you create/delete
and re-size partitions.
Remember to select your cd drive as first bootable device.
Seconded. Gparted is the same software on most linux install disks I've encountered; so if he already has the ubuntu install disk during 'install' it should allow messing with partitions on his existing disk;

If that doesn't work - this liveCD is best.
