Nice Stirling Engine. Does anyone no how to make one?

i love to create and make things like this that are kinda geeky but really amazingly coooool. i tried to make one myself freelance but it didnt work. i would love to make an almost all metal one. my favorite one is this one on youtube. its called KS90 Stirling engine running on hand heat. the creator is stirlingeezer. he has multiple videos of this device. i would accept any proven designs/concepts that are close to this low te4mperature difference device. If you're really serious about making a good one, and you have the shop skills, as Rick points out, then seen out the books by James Rizzo  (not in print, and 80 USD second hand !)
and Roy Darlington http://www.amazon.com/Stirling-Hot-Air-Engines-Darlington/dp/186126688X

Yep, the KS90 is good - I've got one. It uses a glass cylinder and graphite piston to reduce friction, which is always going to be your biggest enemy in building a low temperature differential engine.
Why not try one of the ones on Instructables first.
That would involve searching! Unacceptable.
What is "searching"?
Look it up !
how? can you show me?

i would now also accept any concepts/designs for any kind of stirling engine.

thanks for your reply. i now realize that for my first sterling engine the low temperature difference one may have been a little far fetched.

Low heat differential Stirling engines are acknowledged as the most difficult engines to get running. Minimising friction and accuracy in machining are critical.
