Not saving notes?
OK I try to put notes on my pictures and their not saving it just says saving your note but I left it for at lest a hour and it still did not save it just kept saying saving your note? Help?

This appears to be a bug. For better results you should post this as a forum topic in the bug(http://www.instructables.com/community?categoryGroup=help&category=bugs) section then someone at instructables will see that there is a problem and fix it.
I think someone has already posted a forum topic about this bug, but it would be helpful to the staff that you let them know that you are having problems too, be sure to mention which browser(and which version), and operating system that you are using.

It turns out that the bug is deeply complex - fixing requires a rewrite of the entire autosave javascript.
That takes time. Sorry.
