Power steering motors?

Does anyone have experience with brushless power steering motors? As I understand it, they follow & enforce the steering wheel motion. How is the power rating? I assume there is gearing and electronics involved, but it might be part of the package...

Might this be a useful motor for an e-bike/ scooter or a motorized wheelbarrow?
