Reflective Silk Screening?

Does anyone know a easy way to do reflective silk screening for garments?

Would need to stand up to washes and moderate use.

Also would need suggestions on what type of reflective to use, and where to purchase.

Needs to be very bright, as clothing would be used in night/low light/ hazardous conditions.

Thanks!

Any good screen print supplier/art supply shop should be able to hook you up. Here's a link to one well-regarded type of ink: http://products3.3m.com/catalog/us/en001/safety/personal_safety/node_GS35RTFYCCbe/root_GST1T4S9TCgv/vroot_SZN6R561X6ge/gvel_0LND79F0LPgl/theme_us_personalsafety_3_0/command_AbcPageHandler/output_html I'm told that the water-based works better than plastisol-based ink, and that the kind that includes a sheet overlay of microlenses is even better than the water-based ink alone, but harder to find commercially.
Sorry for the crowded text. The Rich Editor doesn't seem to be working...
