Schematic and PCB layout

i saw a schematic from
this is the schematic design

and i tried to make a PCB layout and this is what i came up with the design
is the layout correct?
the blue line will likely be a jumper wire..
thanks in advance for the guidance.. =]

Here is my attempt to do the PCB, in about 10 minutes. You can work backwards to check it matches the circuit, by numbering the components in the diagram the site you have used has stolen it from. I notice that "makelifeeasy" is advocating putting lamps on the telephone line. This IS ILLEGAL in many countries.

One thing I noticed right off the bat is that you're daisy-chaining your connections. In general we try to avoid that practice when designing PCBs. Instead, each connection should come off a "tee" connection whenever possible. The most direct route is not always the best route, especially when soldering will be done by hand. I'd consider boosting the width of your tracks a little as well.

note the branched connections in each of the following (blue tracks). Not the very *best examples of what I'm talking about, just the ones I could get at easily right now.

BTW, the red tracks are on the one side of these two sided PCBs, the blue on the other.
You have several direct short circuits across components. There is no need for the link.
