The amount of ingredients ?


First, I appreciate how this class was taught; straightforward and to the point. This is the information I need to bake on a higher level.

You mentioned that making own recipes are possible after completing this course.

Question: what is the science behind how much of one ingredient should be used in each recipe?

This is a difficult question to answer and it basically just requires a lot of trial and error. I probably made 30 batches of biscuits before I got them perfect! I suggest diving in head first and seeing what happens. Then you can modify amounts to get a texture or outcome that you love.
