This christmas, I want to produce the presents/gifts using a lasercutter (ponoko). Any good idea?

I need a present for each person. I got some ideas but I need some inspiration also from you.
I give away some INSPIRATION PATCHES to everyone who helps.
Better if the presents are useful!

PS: I got 5 almost 30-years-old friends (boys and girls), 2 little kids (girls), parents, sister and brother-in-law

What about some toys or even try to cut a ornament or two it really depends
on how good you are and how old they are

You could make puzzles or puzzle boxes for the kids, depending on age. There are lots of toys you could make. You could make and decorate boxes of various styles (jewelry, tool, tackle, etc). Key chain/fobs could be stocking-stuffers.
