Vintage Hand Tool?

One end is pointed (maybe an awl) and the other has a screwdriver like blade (maybe a pry bar). It is cast or formed metal, 5 inches long and the blade end is 3/8" wide. My best guess so far is maybe a shoemaker's tool. Thanks for any help identifying this tool.

Old Paint can opener and cleaner for rim,
Or car oil can opener,
Or artist tool for canvas or sculpture .....

I remember seeing one as a kid (about 4 yo) and got told it was for getting stuff out from the horse-shoe and horse-nail... perhaps it was multi-use?
It could be a hoof pick, but most of the pictures of those have a much tighter hook (better leverage).
This one looks vaguely similar, but not close enough for a match.

it may be a tire spoon.

My reaction would be "pick and pry" or "pry and alignment", but I couldn't tell you picking or prying or aligning what.
