Acoustic and electric guitar (12string -acoustic is my fav) Electric Bass Banjo Piano/keybd Harmonica Trombone Sax (a bit but not much more) oh, and a bit of Dulcimer and Zither
Not exactly a how-to question... The brief answer is "several adequately, many well enough to be useful if I practice a bit, few well." (Voice, anglo concertina, percussion of various kinds, accordion, synth, piano, recorder, clarinet, chair, ...)
Piano/keyboard 13 years lessons, played for 22 years now...still terrible. Drums/percussion -- particularly stick, but some hand drums I'd like to pick up guitar, but my tender skin doesn't like the callouses.
I recently played a hammer dulcimer -- that was a REALLY cool toy. If it wasn't nearly a thousand dollars I'd have one for me!
I can sing, poorly.
as others suggest, I love playing with 'electrical' instruments as well.

I like electrics better than acoustics.
(If it makes an interesting sound, it can probably be used as a musical instrument.)
