What UK fluorescent light starter should be used to make a incandescent bulb flicker? (Halloween effect)

What UK fluorescent light starter should be used to make a incandescent bulb flicker? (Halloween style effect)

In the above tutorial it lists the following starters work FS-2 and FS-5 but I cant find the UK equivalent.

Take a singing birthday card - disconnect the speaker and put an LED there in place of it.

The Led will flicker like a candle.

There are ways to do this with a microprocessor as well.

Any classic starter, with a suitable current rating would work, you just have to be careful with the lamps - this only works for filament bulbs. There are much better ways of doing it, if you can afford the time and effort
