What are the pins for on the back of my soundblaster card and how can i use them?

So my soundblaster CT4830 soundblaster card has pins on the back labeled AUD_EXT, there is a riser card that connects but i can't find one, so i'm wanting to take matters into my own hands, i have a pinout but have no idea what they mean, the only success i've had is attaching a fan to the 5 volt power, i tried connecting to the general audio out 0, 1, and 2 but to no avail, and what is the 24.5 mhz output for, i'm guessing it is a sense for the soundblaster riser card, but i'm not to sure, i've attached an image.  There is also a serial bit clock and data inputs, i'm not exactly sure about using them, but it would be nice to know if i can somehow, i really want to get the full 8 channels it says it has, right now, i only have one output working which is annoying the h3ll out of me because i need all these audio splitters, ugh.  I would also like the MIDI in and outs, but i have no idea how to use them, any and all help is welcome and thanked.

AUD_EXT is digital io so you would need to have a digital to analog & analog to digital converter to make it work. http://sound.westhost.com/project85.htm
