What does the connections on this switching power supply mean? How do I get power to it?

I have this power supply and I don't know how to use it with my LED lights. I don't know what the connections on it mean. I assume I need to connect it to an outlet at some point but I am not quite sure how to do this in a safe and proper manner. I need some basic newb level directions to do this.

I am in a bit over my head with this stuff. I expected it would just be more plug and play.

Here is the power supply and the connections in which I don't completely understand. I just cant afford too much time to dig in completely into learning everything right now.

I think this is the pdf of the power supply: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/655465/s-60-spec.pdf

Thanks
Josh

BE AWARE THE TERMINALS WILL BE MAINS LIVE. PUT THIS SUPPLY IN A CASE TO MAKE SURE L and N CAN NOT BE TOUCHED.

Put a mains rated cable to L and N, BROWN is live, BLUE is neutral. Put the green/yellow on the earth connection.

Your SAFE low voltage supply is available from -V and +V.

I believe you to be correct in your evaluation except the symbol between the
N and -V is earth ground symbol.
On second look, I believe you're absolutely right
BROWN is live BLUE is Neutral !!

What Steve said except L is Line (Hot) N is Neutral so if you switch it make sure its on the Line input.

Be safe and have fun....These are great power supplies!
