What does white lines in center of Solettes stand for?

Hello, I would like to ask, what that white line on solette means. On some solettes it's full and on others 3/4, 1/2, 2/5, etc. Adding picture. Thanks

Thanks. Now I would like to ask. I made this "solar charger" before. Will it work properly? I know i should measure it, but I don't have any multimeter right now. Shouldn't be lines on all panels solid?

No it wont, I know this because you don't have a meter and you're using reflective paint to design your solar panel.

On the 16 wafers in my panel, the top of the center conductor is soldered to the back of the panel above it, ie pos to neg to create a series string.

Now, if you had a meter you could connect it to 1 wafer(solette) point it at the sun and quickly and easily find the pos and neg connections, as well as the voltage of 1 wafer which would inform you of how many wafers you'd need to get your desired charging voltage.

Solid white line is usually for no overtaking.

On my panel's wafers the line is silver being the electrical solder connection between the wafers.

On bigger wafers I imagine the line is painted white to reflect heat.

Second that !
