What instructable to make with salmon?

I'm making something with salmon tonight. Give me some ideas on what to make. I'll take pics as I go, and if it turns out good I'm gonna do an "ible" with it.

I'm just stumped right now. I have some ideas, but I keep coming back to honey roasted salmon, what I usually do with salmon, but I want more ideas. Hurry! It's 4:00 pm right now, I need to decide what I'm doing by 6:00.

I'm late with an answer having only seen it the day after so if you have any cold leftovers you can use those to slap David Cameron round the face....

Quick and easy, about 10 minutes in the microwave:

Rectangular Pyrex loaf pan.

1/3 deep with water, add 1 cup of white wine, 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice. Add 1 tablespoon pickling spices (or separately pepercorns, cloves, mustard seed, cardamom, dash of allspice, ginger, cinnamon), bay leaf. If you have them, thinly slices lemons or oranges are nice but not required.

Cover pan with waxed paper, preheat in microwave, about 3 minutes.

Put salmon fillets in pan. If not covered by liquid, add water or wine as necessary.

Recover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for six minutes per inch of thickness.

A very quick sauce is a nice egg cream sauce. Start with a simple roux (3 tbsp melted butter, whisked with 3 tbsp flour, slowly add 1 cup milk, stirring constantly), add coarsely chopped hardboiled egg and black pepper to taste.

Serve with veggies of choice.
