What is a good acoustic song to learn? (Im into bands like the Foo Fighters, Jack Johnson, Death Cab for Cutie, etc)

Im a decent player...not horrible

I found this awesome tutorial site about a year and a half ago:

http://www.justinguitar.com/index.php

I recommend having a look at:

http://www.justinguitar.com/en/ST-000-SongsTAB.php

Here, Justin provides tabs AND instructional videos to 99% of the songs on there.
Nice accoustic tunes on there (or sound good accoustic) are:

http://www.justinguitar.com/en/ST-604-TimesLikeTheseFF.php - 'Times like these' (Acoustic) by The Foos

http://www.justinguitar.com/en/ST-512-HouseRisingSun.php (nice easy yet effective one - classic)

and

http://www.justinguitar.com/en/ST-510-EverybodyHurts.php - makes me cry! lol

If you want to go down the 'Wayne's World' route:

http://www.justinguitar.com/en/ST-314-StairwayToHeaven.php - the first song I learnt in it's entirity!

Hope this helps!
