Websearch will probably find reviews which answer this question in a fair amount of detail. GIFY?

One consists of stationary text printed on rectangular pages.

The other consists of a series of stationary images flashed on a screen in front of your eyes with such rapidity as to give the illusion of continuous movement.

Hard to tell from your question.

Lack of age doesn't preclude thought, nor does it preclude politeness. If you want good answers ask good questions, not homework questions. If you want politeness, be polite.

Uh, huh. Those of us who try to answer questions are frustrated by the fact that people are too lazy to do research themselves, and have a sense of entitlement that ohers should figure things out for them and give them information for free. Part of being assigned projects is learning how to gather information, and synthesize it, for yourself.

Read the book, watch the movie, then get the Cliff Notes and you won't have to think for yourself.

Yes, my point exactly. You're still not thinking.

Too lazy to go to Blockbuster, eh? Or look on NetFlix? It helps if you know how to spell the title.

They're totally different. The movie is about a baseball player, and the book is about a hairstyle popular among African-Americans in the 1970's. Hollywood totally ruins everything....

Wow. You mean you actually know something about the story? That's amazing.

It is rumored that the book and movie actually follow the career of two different players, both of which take some liberty with the truth in order to help complete the story. Also, it's worth noting that the director's cut is quite different from the theatrically released version. Finally, the movie has an Academy Award winning soundtrack, and is one of the few movies that in my opinion is as good/better than the book.
